Born and raised in Lewisburg and Oak Hill WV, Dr. Keffer earned her undergraduate degree from Marshall University and her D.O. degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  She has a special interest in osteopathic manipulation, geriatrics and women’s health. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, baking, and spending time with her family, dogs, and chickens.
