A Clarksburg, WV native, he earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his D.O. degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Quinn has a special interest in Family Medicine as it allows him to practice across all disciplines with equal intensity and focus.  In his downtime, he enjoys hiking, driving, listening to podcasts, and drinking coffee
