Dr. Muzaffer, a native of Bluefield, Virginia, completed his undergraduate studies at Bluefield University and earned his D.O. degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  His special interests in family medicine include OMT, pediatrics, acute/chronic care management, and mental health.  Outside of medicine, he finds joy in activities such as kayaking, reading and writing, and playing board games with friends.
