Originating from Kingwood, West Virginia, Dr. Garlitz is a specialist in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997, following his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University in 1991.
