Born and raised in Nepal, Dr. Das developed a deep appreciation for community and compassion. She earned her medical degree from Chitwan Medical College and later lived in New Jersey with her family, completing clinical rotations in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Drawn to Family Medicine, she values caring for the whole person, not just their symptoms.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Das enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, exploring new cultures through food, cooking, hiking, and sharing meaningful connections with friends.
