Originally from Lyndhurst, New Jersey, Dr. Theresa Stepanek, D.O., earned her B.A. in Neuroscience from Carthage College before completing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022. She went on to complete her Family Medicine Residency with the distinction of Advanced Osteopathic Training in Family Medicine through Duke University and the Southern Regional Area Health Education Center in 2025.
Specializing in Family Medicine, Dr. Stepanek is passionate about providing compassionate, whole-person care to patients of all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys hobby farming and spending quality time with her family.
